No.  I am not employed by nor have any contractual relationships.

2.  Isn't the Mark 4/7/520™ Self-Study Course just a revision of the original Woodworking Course written in 1956 by Benjamin Spaulding for Magna Power Tool Corporation and later used and sold by Shopsmith Inc., RLF Brands, and Shopsmith L.P.?

No.  While I do have a copy and did read that 1956 course, no material was used from that course.  Every page of the Mark 4/7/520™ Self-Study Course was written and developed from scratch as totally new material.  The approach and methodology are unique.

3, Is the Mark 4/7/520™ Self-Study Course copyright protected?

Yes.  The United States Copyright Office issued a certificate of registration effective on February 11, 2025 to Stephen Alan Draper.

4.  Is Shopsmith Mark 4/7/520 a registered trademark?

No.  It is not a registered trademark.  Serial #98917082 application status is Dead, Abandoned by Stephen Alan Draper.  A new application is has been submitted for Mark 4/7/520™ as a registered trademark.
