Shipping policy

Shipping by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.  I believe in being transparent.  There is no such thing as Free Shipping.  Those who offer Free Shipping have raised the price of the item to cover the shipping costs.  My shipping costs are reasonable and fair.
