These Zero Clearance Inserts (ZCI) are manufactured specially for Shopsmith® Mark 4/7/520™ out of commercial Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) that is exactly ¼" thick and fits your Main Table perfectly. Works in the Mark V Model 510 or 520, Mark 4, Mark 520S, or Mark 7. Manufactured in the USA on a precision CNC machine.
There are two styles. Use the Table Saw ZCI for your 10" table saw blade along with your upper saw guard and riving knife. Use the Dado/Molder ZCI for your stacked dado set or Corob® Molding Head. Just install and drop your table with the motor running to cut your own opening in the ZCI. Sold in sets of 3. BE SURE TO SELECT WHICH STYLE YOU WANT!

I've used the table saw inserts and they work fine.....haven't tried the other inserts yet, too hot yet

Easy to set up & it's nice to have a cutout for the upper guard. Perfecto!
The inserts are great just as advertised. Very flat and great fit
I haven’t needed to use them yet (always like to have spares on hand). But they are weii-made and are ready for use when needed.
